Type A2 good for investment..2nd smaller unit but with lower PSF..easily to let go next time..

If looking big size for own stay then Type C1 is better but facing facility deck..n facing west..will be hot when sunset..

Type C2 provide 3 carparks..n better central park view...

Type B1 also good in layout n good view..but exp in PSF..

I feel the C2 rooms too big, this is a negative point for me. Good point could b their car park all located at level 3. No need to take so many lift.

For C1, big balcony is very value for money Bcos ppsb so kind this time, never charge full price on the balcony. If incorporated the balcony part to the room, the room size of C1will b as big as C2 small balcony. This will give the C1 owner hv indoor n outdoor feel. You will get what I mean if you hv their pamphlet in hand.

Depend how u value the balcony. around 300-350 ( guesstimate ) psf extra for the balcony and monthly RM 45 ~ 50 more for the management fee. Not everyone want to pay that extra.

Boss, I'm comparing C1 big balcony & C2 small balcony, price diff RM300k but similar room size. I didn't touch on the topic of maintenance fees ler.

C1 big balcony-1669sf vs C2 small balcony - 1788sf, which unit is paying more maintenance fees?

Sorry should be around 300-350 psf guessestimate. oh, ok. I m comparing same C1 big balcony and C1 small balcony type. The extra is just the balcony.
