Completion in 2019, still got 4 yrs to let the market digest even through the market was down right now and the GST issue...
But based on Malaysian culture..the economic will be strengthen and will used to be that..no more issue on GST..
Do u all thk that after 4 yrs the market was good, u still can get this kind of 650-720psf in DPC? it's impossible..
If Arcadia really successful like Sunway Giza Mall before..It will be more attractive..
The factor of selling price in DPC i thk is Arcadia 1&2 and International Sch 1&2..
