Pls refer attachment to select ur preferred unit(s).
The sunset Is not tat bad for deck 8 in C1. Whereas deck 3a in C1 rely heavily on how's the dev in the land next to ws3. For klcc view, all units 'll hav direct morning Sun. Hence the lower the beta.
