what is unfair?

if open all units to everybody at same time, management team of developer feel unfair. then the staff also feel unfair. then the team of professionals working on the job from consultant to contractor to banker to lawyer to others also feel unfair. then existing loyal customer also feel unfair.
only the man on the ground will feel it's fair.
so is that fair then to everybody?

guess it's a delicate and fine line to balance.
probably fairest of all is something akin to balloting and segregated with white and pink forms?

WS II conquas score is out. can use as benchmark for WS III expectations.

for overseas project, BCA only carry out architectural rating, not the full C&S and M&E and the other 2 components requires periodic inspection during the works.
architectural inspection is carried out one off post completion.

I like the walk-in wardrobe section of the Master Bedroom, though might need to extend the length.

I also like the segregation of Master Bedroom from Room 2 & Room 3, additional layer of privacy by enclosing the corridor with a hidden sliding panel.

bedroom 3 design like that to give them a window lor. else no window mah.
take note the master bath no ventilation and no natural light.
