Affordable housing of Dpc besides west 3...when do they launch?

It's gonna b many moons b4 it's launched. And it could b affordable when launch but won't b any cheaper than the psf in ws3 now. I think la.

Ocp vs ws3 is different as ocp is meant to b higher end product whereas ws3 is still..............the ws tat many dislike.

if not cheaper psf than ws3 - then it cant be categorized as "affordable housing" liao....unless the size is ultra small type then the price entry
falls under that..

what is meant by "affordable housing"? you mean, like project perumahan rakyat type? or does it just mean that they will launch mickey mouse units of 400-500sft studios in future so making the units affordable? i mean - 600k for 500 sft studio isn't really 'affordable housing'....
