How to check whether CCTV on perimeter fencing in SPA? Same to intercom, CCTV, alarm point, 3 phase wiring, air con duct, air con copper piping? If provided, these items shall be listed in SPA?

In my SPA, listed the following common facilities:

a.) Guard house
b.) Jogging Track
c.) Children Playground
d.) Perimeter Fencing
e.) Management office
f.) Security system and equipment (never ask, any idea what's this? hmm.gif )

For the electrical installation:

Light point, power point, aircon point, water heater point, fan point, SMATV point, gate light point, auto gate point , bell point, telephone point, data point all provided...

I check back my spec, there is an auto gate point provided for cradleton, I presume merrydale should have as well, don't think merrydale is gateless... hmm.gif

Mine also Sunday, 8th.

Probably Sun is for Cradleton ( & Merrydale?) and Sat is for Tenderfields ( and Gentlebre ? )

Hearsay 1.4mil onwards, 2 storey with 3 storey height, so u sendiri partition a mezzanine floor lo.
