You mean improvements on the landscape? No idea. The show village and the Swan Lake were closed, no entrance was allowed.

No worry for the landscape. It is more or less, but a lot of final touch ups are yet to be done and enhancement would be taking 1-2 years period.

Yeah, I expect the landscape will match as close as the artist impression upon vp as what they had said in one the the talks in the past. Will give them time to deliver.

I visit Eco Botanic once every few months and one of it being 6-7 months and notice the changes were very impressive ahead of previous visits.

I also intend to visit Eco Summer / Spring next few months.

Saw you mentioned about artist impression, I noticed some of the small white bridges weren't in the artist impression of the swan lake. I'm very glad they added them in as they are looking great there.

Seems so many owners eager to see the township, red carpet, house, VP and etc.

But dont forget the house is VP by mid 2017 and there are much further enhancement and improvement on the landscape and township as there are still plenty time to go.

This year EW will continue to be busy as usual... other than the Eco Sanctuary which is expected to be launch in 2Q/3Q and the very soon Ivoris in EM, London (and probably Sydney) is on its way too...

No no. I am not a buyer yet. Different versions I get from SA. Hence, thinking of asking those whole had bought to confirm since I believe this will have spelled out in the SPA isn't it?

Hmm... this is the similar issue that I have sometimes as some less experienced SA or probably just the staff from other departments being assigned on duty give no solid answers. But their service attitude deserves a LIKE. Other than Merrydale buyers who can share the info here, perhaps you can go to their sales gallery and insists for confirmed answers - if you really keen to buy a unit.

I also forgot all these on my Cradleton but majority all above seems to be appear on my copy. Been frozen half a year dy.

Oh yeah Penang and JB too and also the yesterday announced BBCC. EcoSanc I heard is 2Q (though some forumer said in 3Q).

I believe EW will be one of the few shinning stars (if not the only one) this year.

EcoSanc definitely within 2Q .... very interested to see this one as this small township seems to be higher end compare to EM and Eco Botanic and EcoSummer / Eco Spring in Johor.

I hope they don't dilute attention and focus having so many big projects. The BBCC one is especially sensitive having to really turn it around on ppl's perception. More marketing element then and much captivating desugn perhaps.
