Any news when Merrydale 22X75 to be open for sale?

I didn't get the update in my recent visit to EM sales gallery but I guess they will fully open Merrydale by 1H15 and by 2H15 they should have launched Mellowood. If Merrydale sales has picked up faster, probably the new launch will happen earlier. But given the cautious market sentiment due to the impending GST, I rather believe steady sales is the expected outcome.

Mellowood consist of why type of houses?

Double storey terrace house. I guess they may come out with superlink with at least 24' footer.

I don't have the acreage figure but based on the masterplan Mellowood should be the largest precinct among all so this could take quite a while to be fully launched.

Read an article today and find sth interesting...

A search in the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) database found that the “Eco World” trademark along with the “CREATING TOMORROW & BEYOND” tagline belongs to Eco World Development Sdn Bhd.

Information from the MyIPO database shows that both the “Eco World” trademark and the tagline was applied for goods and services Class 35, 36 and 37 , all of which pertains to use for real estate and property-related business activities. Similarly the tagline was also trademarked for similar classes of goods and services.

Never worry the Merrydale.

But upcoming would be the mouth watering and low profile of The Ivoris from the big investors. Just around the corner.

Then they could busy on JB and Penang region along with Eco Sanctuary.

Believe Mellowood is suppose this year but I dont think it gonna be so early or soon. Mellowood too huge, perhaps got to separated ito 2 sub precincts and I believe it gonna be bigger superlinks with diff sizes or fancy stratified concept homes , courtyard homes or parkhomes.

I believe the future trend of stratified link house would be appears on EM rather than future Eco Forest.

Yup but haven't receive any card yet. Hope can receive it before coming concert this sat, so that can collect together.

IF still not yet receive the card, perhaps can talk to the SA during the concert later, insist want to pick up on the spot..

Could be soon but maybe March? Or after The Ivoris next month?

22x75 8D is very limited units along with 8B 20x75, both limited small rows facing central garden ( if I remember correctly )

Why dont consider 8C, 22x70 intermediate or end lot?

But I think nor a worry, u may directly walk to Sales Gallery and pursue with the SA.

I am sure they are helpful enough to assist you. Perhaps during the concert day may not be the very ideal hour unless few hours earlier than concert begins. The SAs sure busy serving the VVIP, VIP and all customers.

What time you guys will reach EM this sat for the concert? Stampede mou? After concert need to jam how long to reach Lekas exit?

Haha TKJ you are also LeeHom fansi. I asked my lady colleagues, surprisingly none of them are fansi of him. I will reach there btw 3.30pm - 4pm. Probably will leave before the concert end but will miss the fireworks then (just speculate there will be fireworks at the end of the concert).

Hmm... I suggest you call them and tell them you are going to redeem it by this Saturday without the card if you have yet to receive it by then. I believe that they will try to assist wherever possible, else very inconvenient for you to go there again (unless you enjoy the nice view there so much)

Not going this round. Not a fan of getting stuck in huge crowd and jam.
