On the concert day, purchasers are advised to drive in through the East Gate and park at the road side. Non-purchasers are advised to drive in SEH and park there.  Shuttle bus will be arranged at both location and for those who park at SEH will have the opportunity to travel through the red carpet.

Purchasers will receive the post card and take that to redeem the gift box from EM sales gallery. If you have not received the post card, better check with the SA. You are purchaser right?

IF still not yet receive the card, perhaps can talk to the SA during the concert later, insist want to pick up on the spot..

I am sure they are helpful enough to assist you. Perhaps during the concert day may not be the very ideal hour unless few hours earlier than concert begins. The SAs sure busy serving the VVIP, VIP and all customers.

Hmm... I suggest you call them and tell them you are going to redeem it by this Saturday without the card if you have yet to receive it by then.  I believe that they will try to assist wherever possible, else very inconvenient for you to go there again (unless you enjoy the nice view there so much)

If you insist, I think it is okay, coz the gift is already packed nicely. Perhaps they just need to jot down ur name/ic number/unit number / etc for recording purpose..  Won't take long I presume..
