lease/free, personally felt this is not main concern in KV, as land is limited already.
for myself, i felt eco world customer service is top if compare to other developer, but not sure about after sale service, eg: green maintenance and swan lake maintenance. row that not facing houses, can feel the 'space' after you came out from your house. |
