Yes indeed...North garden not much left but huge corner lots, just a few...South garden take up rates pretty fast

Friend, thanks for your information, my mistake to ask SA last weekend

No doubt the overall development great impressive but we need to count the time constrain on traveling especially for the town centre career opportunities

I really seriously need to examine & consider a lot of factors before making any decision

1.5 yrs back when ecohill was launched, I was similarly adamant and skeptical abt this, especially on the rising
Property prices in semenyih, fast forward into 2015, the inflated pricing jz proves me wrong to sit waiting for a DDD market. Compounded with current political and economic uncertainties a lot of ppl are truly holding back. Truth be told everyone wants a good and attractive deal be it on pricing or on surroundings and within vicinity.
But by far how many of the masses would have gained imagine had they bought into what DPC was back then and had become now ? Likewise to setia alam, Kota kemuning areas or even puchong, cyber and kajang areas? If u look carefully and examine these areas....some are truly far however almost all share the same point- fairly good township planning with F&G or even G&G environment. 10 yrs back wasn't their launching price around the range of 400-600k ? And look at their current fetching price...u shd see a silver lining somewhere now in semenyih thumbup.gif
