If u look carefully and examine these areas....some are truly far however almost all share the same point- fairly good township planning with F&G or even G&G environment. 10 yrs back wasn't their launching price around the range of 400-600k ? And look at their current fetching price...u shd see a silver lining somewhere now in semenyih |
