Hmm... when EM Lekas interchange is ready by 2Q16, the travel time could be shortened. Anyway, it is pretty much depends on personal tolerance to the distance and time to be spent for travel - there are a lot staying in Seremban but travelling on daily basis to work in KL.

Land is getting more scarce. Township like EM which to me is not unreasonably far from KL centre is really worth for a consideration.

I think if working in KL, the choice is more decent compare to others who working in Damansara or PJ.

As at now, it is real far bcz we have to drive thru Kesuma to EM. When Lekas is completed, the journey is much better and more smooth compare today.

Many people have a mindset that Is very far to kl from semenyih, actually with the direct link from EM and SEH to lekas highway, can direct access to silk highway and thru sungai besi highway, it won't take long time to reach kp during peak hour, u will surprise is even faster reach kl compare from klang, Shah Alam, pj, subang jaya, puchong....

just curious, are you living around kajang semenyih area?

We traveled from beranang Hindu temple to Klcc at 7.10am need more than 3 hours now. Some more pay so many tols and smart tunnel charges.

Maybe can ask hubby ride motorbike. Or drive at emergency lane.

Jam all the way silk. North south highway. Smart tunnel. Jln tun razak. But pay tol lekas. Silk. Silk again. Sg besi tols. Smart tunnel - still big public parking space.

for me, if can take ktm to kl, just take.. better when mrt is completed, just take mrt
Silk at Sungai Ramal toll to Kajang toll (sg besi highway) is a night mare at peak hour..

my job requires me to be based in client office in various area, shah alam, kl sentral, pj, klcc etc
from kajang, i will just take ktm to kl sentral n klcc area, forget bout driving. you can see ppl parking their BMW at ktm station n commute.
unless i have no choise to drive bcos pj n shah alam are not accessible by ktm or lrt, i have to drive.

the time taken to get thru the jam from sg ramal toll to kajang toll (sg besi highway) some times took half of my total time for my whole journey. thus the jam is standstill most of the time.

occasionally i will take grand saga, pass by connaught to get to pj..

my take is, if living in kajang, try use the public transport
