Global economic outlook is glum despite cheaper oil: IMF

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A sharp drop in oil prices and a stronger U.S. economy probably won't be enough to brighten the outlook for global growth this year, the head of the International Monetary Fund warned on Thursday. IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde said that while cheaper oil would help the world's consumers, the United States would likely be the only major economy to buck a trend of weakness in investment and consumption.

In a speech that previewed IMF global growth forecasts due next week, Lagarde wondered aloud if plunging oil prices and U.S. growth should make the IMF more upbeat. Just let it be... probably a mistake from FSM...

Previously encounter same thing for my ES GEM fund... 1% SC for 2 consecutive RSP (due to some promotion on previous month)... did ask them why still 1% instead of 2% but they explain different thing to me , in the end i just quietly accept the 1% SC

But sometimes it makes u wonder how efficient is FSM system & how they really deal with other fund house when it came to discounted SC? Can we trust them 100% with our $$$ or not?

nothing wrong with starting small... if you do lump sum, the minimum you have to start IS RM1k. most funds require minimum RM1k initial. or RSP style.

Well, I believe if they screw up with SC, the loss is with FSM.
