Secondly, I admire you because you are still who you are despite multiple critics be it with good intention or bad.
Third, not sure you are in which industry but myself is in the banking line. I might be wrong at my judgement but if you notice, many of the developments / grows are coming along with the mega project of gonlanment i.e. MRT/LRT. That's the only thing that pushing the price to go up. However, would that actually help to sustain? I don't think so. Will the price comes down? Answer is no because you are still in KV. I am not sure about prospect for strata because it was never my aim.
So long as your desire location is within KL, price won't goes down much unless something is wrong with the house i.e. sinking / people died or urgent cash out by owner. Rare case once in a blue moon still.
Just highlight your desire area according to your budget and then watch closely day to day until it strikes. Meanwhile your plan B is to change a job and push up your income. Both can be done concurrently.
