Rental can't cover loan installment due to market got better option due lower rental.
(Those so call 'property guru' will ask you look for new agent if current agent can't find you a high rental tenant = your property can't get high rental is not their problem)

People without holding power will throw their unit to lower rental/sub-sales and those 600-750psf unit value will drop due to this reason.

I wonder is Kepong a really rowdy place for own stay?
There is a movie on Kepong with lots of fight scene,haha flex.gif

Kepong mostly are chinese , chinese family, very "ONG" place as i can see all the shop lots of ground floor are open with business running. macam macam business ada, very convenient , banks, foodcourt...etc...

Hmm, what is the other USP of this project beside the good pricing which was contra by the number of total units.

How is the accessibility to nearest commercial area and to KL City?

For the 21 days, I checked with the developer in the VW office.. They said all buyer must sign SPA before 22 August regardless the date you sign the sales form.. If you sign the sales form in 25 July.. You still entitled for the 10k rebate as long as you sign SPA before 22 August.. 21 days start counting from first day it launch which is 1 August.. That's what i heard from the developer.. If you have any other findings, let me know smile.gif

Aiyo, studio meant those 300-600sf shoebox units without any rooms....tat selling at 1000-1300psf during the "hot times" ..example some pojeks at kota damansala, jln ampang etc...many buy at sky high prices rm700k above ..even for those wit two rooms example 900sf bought rm850k will get burned coz nw developers u see everyday advertised by claiming "only xxx psf cheapest in xxx places"
