1.pak hitem ...cant buy, but can rent..so not sure wil move in or not.
2. for condo, i dont think LS or FH made a dif. after 70-80yr, all high rise is not suitable for living, got to move out. So wat you can do wit a FH condo by that time? (i also want to the the advantage of FH condo)
3. stil d main selling point is public transport and location. evy1noe properties near public transport will have higher.......(if economy not yet XXXXX)
