1.pak hitem ...cant buy, but can rent..so not sure wil move in or not.
2. for condo, i dont think LS or FH made a dif. after 70-80yr, all high rise is not suitable for living, got to move out. So wat you can do wit a FH condo by that time? (i also want to the the advantage of FH condo)
3. stil d main selling point is public transport and location. evy1noe properties near public transport will have higher.......(if economy not yet XXXXX)

sorry.just took another look at the map.near mulberi..further down abit....sa told me 9.2 acre land..shopping mall, KTM, and residence.
from the map i receive. it seem is the land where the driving school will turn out (Nation Drive Wilayah Sdn Bhd)..near the badminton court/

Sime darby hospital (near desa park / sri sinar)

Besides, I think 15km drive from kepong can reach many place, PJ, damansara, mont kiara. These places are with hospitals.

wondering how big is those facilities...since is 1400++ units... esp the pool, gym, sauna, steam room....

I never experience such high density condo.. have no ideas at all..any 1??

No. 5 - balcony facing rumah mampu milik...not sure can turn ur head to the right for jusco view

however, look like there is a wall blocking it, for unit no.6 (similar as unit 5)

most prob cant??

BUKIT TAGAR (Feb 4): KUB-Berjaya Enviro Sdn Bhd (KBE)'s sanitary landfill business will co-exist with the controversial incinerator project in Taman Beringin, Kepong, said Berjaya Corp group of companies founder Tan Sri Vincent Tan.

Speaking to reporters at KBE's sanitary landfill office here today, Tan said he hopes to convince the government that the sanitary landfill is a cheaper and better way to handle solid waste.

It was reported that the incinerator will significantly impact KBE's income as the project will reduce the amount of waste that goes into the Bukit Tagar sanitary landfill in Selangor, of which KBE is the operator and developer.

KBE is a 60:40 joint venture between Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) and KUB Malaysia Bhd.

At the press conference held here, Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan said the government is expected to announce the award of the incinerator project by mid-2015.

"The tendering process is ongoing. The incinerator is expected to start operating by 2020[U][SIZE=14][COLOR=red]," he added.

Abdul Rahman said the planned incinerator will be handling 1,000 tonnes of solid waste from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).

However, he said the ministry does not know the amount of tipping fee that will be charged and other details on the building costs yet.

He reassured that the government would not need to fork out capital expenditure for the incinerator project.

Abdul Rahman also stressed that the government has yet to make a final decision and the government has the option to scrap the incinerator project if it is not viable.

Abdul Rahman said the The Performance Management & Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) has earlier suggested the government to diversify its ways to manage solid waste.

He said the government has then identified three locations, namely Kepong, Malacca and Johor, for incinerator projects.

The Bukit Tagar sanitary landfill, of which KBE is the operator and developer, is currently handling a combined 2,500 to 2,800 tonnes of waste per day sent by DBKL and the Selayang Municipal Council.
