Parklane OUG 4225 units spread over 30 acres..
This project 2900++ spread over 10 acres...
Higher density than parklane...
But is there any benefits of living in a high density condo?? opposite of low density.

That land is a reserve land for the park supposingly..
How come DBKL willing to approve the developer to built something on it..

Is there any risk of becoming abandon project since this developer got not much construction history/experience... Or from another point of view, is it support by the government/DBKL because of rumawip..

You can go there now and take this photo compare face by face... If different faces then my unit give you for free.. KLCC unblock view whistling.gif.. level 38 and above will not block by affordable home...

For the 21 days, I checked with the developer in the VW office.. They said all buyer must sign SPA before 22 August regardless the date you sign the sales form.. If you sign the sales form in 25 July.. You still entitled for the 10k rebate as long as you sign SPA before 22 August.. 21 days start counting from first day it launch which is 1 August.. That's what i heard from the developer.. If you have any other findings, let me know smile.gif

I bought that unit facing the affordable home.
According to the developer, the affordable home height is up to level 38 of The Henge (due to ceiling height, land altitude, and no of floors). Therefore, to have the whole view of KL city + 50% of lake view, I have to buy level 38 and above then only my balcony view will not block by the affordable home. And if you have the price list, you can see level 37 and level 38 price difference 10k.
