Hi all ,
As I know the SPA need to sign within 21 days in order to get rm10k rebate . How do they count this 21 days ? How we know the 21 days start count ? Checked with banker , no need to get LO ready also can sign SPA ? Is it true ? Anyone know when developer start to claim $$ from your loan bank ? |

You have to get your loan approved before the first billing or you can pay cash when developer ask for payment. |
