From level 7 till level 35 increment for every floor is RM1k,
From level 35 till level 43 increment for every floor is RM500

I also booked a unit. Is it possible I signed the SPA and confirm the rm10k rebate 1st ?
I will take the staff loan but definitely can't get loan approved within 21 days .

Anyone can advise ?

The shops & flats around this area are infamous because of traffic jam and the africans who are staying there. There were some gang fights reported and murder case involved africans.

So with high number of units , its better to prepare mentally for subsequent residents profile.
