Actually this developer is not new. They are the same company behind Parkhill Residence in Bukit Jalil and The Holmes in Bandar Tun Razak.

As far as I know it's first come first get to choose. Not draw lot method. Hence that's why people are expected to start qeueing overnight flex.gif
