I also booked a unit. Is it possible I signed the SPA and confirm the rm10k rebate 1st ?
I will take the staff loan but definitely can't get loan approved within 21 days .

Anyone can advise ?

Hi all ,

As I know the SPA need to sign within 21 days in order to get rm10k rebate . How do they count this 21 days ? How we know the 21 days start count ?
Checked with banker , no need to get LO ready also can sign SPA ? Is it true ?
Anyone know when developer start to claim $$ from your loan bank ?

Hi rondy ,
Which firm appointed to you ? I called the lawyer firm and they still haven't get instruction and documents from developer to prepare the SPA. But the officer said there will have extension form to make sure you get rm10k rebate .
Is it true ?

Bro,18th is Tuesday . My agent already book the time to sign SPA. During signing the sales form , did you sign any document about rm10k rebate ? I just remembered I signed the sales form only.
Agent said if really need documents about rm10k rebate , need to go to office at damansara .

The sales form only show the unit price . But I don't see got such document or form about the rm10k rebate . Lawyer said rebate is between you and developer . Won't stated in SPA. But I got so called email confirmation from developer .

Hi ,
Please remind that in case you haven't sign rebate form , please let lawyer know prepare the form for you. But even after signed rebate form , you cannot get a copy and take photo .Please check status from lawyer before you get rebate letter .
For those apply loan , if you are not using developer lawyer for both SPA and LA, you have to pay legal fees .
