I also donno which firm i just asked my agent to press the lawyer as i have already bot my ticket to Kl to sign it this wednesday 18th if not,i wont be free anymore.haha..

But only 2 copies, one for developer and one for lawyer firm to keep. Buyer cannot have it 

I have just signed SPA ,but never see or get any document or letter prove that 10k rebate. Lawyer firm say this have to ask developer but not them.

For The Henge Residence FREE SPA Legal fee

There  is a separated approval letter shown by lawyer during sign SPA that this project above 35th floors required 52months to deliver VP to purchaser. Reason given by developer drag for so long why haven't returned us the SPA is because they need to do stamping on MAR. Wonder will we really get the signed copy on this month or not.

Guys, we have a problem here. As we all know the Developer has been delaying in execute the SPA. What i heard from my SPA lawyer is that the Developer has executed the SPA, but the date of our SPA is on the recent date.

The actual date for our SPA should be the date when they receive our first payment, not any later date. I have been trying to contact Developer, but no one is picking up the call. This is unacceptable as this means we have waited for 7 months for nothing and our vacant possession time will only commence now or whatever date the Developer has decided to put on the SPA.
