I also booked a unit. Is it possible I signed the SPA and confirm the rm10k rebate 1st ?
I will take the staff loan but definitely can't get loan approved within 21 days . Anyone can advise ? |

Hi all ,
As I know the SPA need to sign within 21 days in order to get rm10k rebate . How do they count this 21 days ? How we know the 21 days start count ? Checked with banker , no need to get LO ready also can sign SPA ? Is it true ? Anyone know when developer start to claim $$ from your loan bank ? |
