Seems small and scary as compare with KL Trader Square, Maxim Citylights, Seasons Garden, etc. All those also on par high density projects but still spacious enough the facilities area.

It is not the intention to pour cold water, but realistically RM2200 even a fully furnished is an ambitious asking rental.

There are 6 mrt stations within kepong proximity. I believe most of the resdenrs will take advantage of the mrt including 6k units Henge and Mizumi.

Anyway, mrt2 will need the population from these corridor to fill up the capacity...

It is matter of time get used to the routine. 1km is about 10-12min walk and imo will be better than get stucked all the way to/from klcity. As pointed out, feeder bus will be covering these areas.

Very decent. It looks better than some rm500k+ product I seen.

For those who do not mind high density, this is good value.
