Kepongmas:
- Entrance looks grand
- Pedestrian access card
- Car park route is big, very easy to drive around
- Full tiles bathroom

Some.corner unit comes with lake view, but facing henge balcony directly.

Kepongmas renting for RM800 per month?
For 800sqft size, 1 car park. With security.
Better rent here than those old flat around Kepong area. I think flat there also about the same rental.

Very decent. It looks better than some rm500k+ product I seen.

Btw, if they able to make the road a dead end to prevent those car from selyang to take the shortcut, definitely it will reduce the jam
