Not sure about the road access recently as I have never been to that area for the past month. I used to eat around the area a lot so I kinda know how bad the traffic can be at the area.

Me as someone who stay in this area for more than 25 years, i can tell u that this area traffic is doomed, and the public safety is so bad that i got robbed in front of my house twice recently

Residensi Metro Kepong? It's already planned as second phase of mizumi for affordable home.
