I heard this project will not end nicely.. Someone told me that the main contractor is in trouble now with land and piling issue, their offer price to tender this project is giving them very hard time... Good luck for those purchaser if this is true...

Someone who is in the construction line... Well... I can't 100% sure it is really the case, but if you encounter anyone from company who did bid the project, you can find out whether it is true or not... Later all people shooting @ me.. I just share out the rumor what I heard only.

I just drove by yesterday and project is progress well, if not mistaken, now on level 7 or 8...quite fast because they work 24 hours

I am not very sure, first thing I heard was the bidding price for the whole project is extremely low compare to others main con.... So... people in the field mentioning about how they can come up with that low bidding price? If this matter is true,... well... just scare the quality of the end product won't be good in order for them to do the job within very tight budget.... Again, this is what I heard, not sure it is true or not, if you have people from other main con bidding on this proj, you can ask if the rumor is true...

Anyhow, good luck as buying property always is a gamble.

Henge is medium range condo bro. 30++ facilities. Plus MRT just 800m u think will lose?

Nowadays, all new development has rumawip lerr...unless extremely expensive one with low density. Government land mah, they set rule what developer ought to develop.

Besides MRT? It is near to 1km away without proper dedicated walkway to mrt le. Mrt related property word has been wrongly abuse nowadays...

Today see a 8TV news report that complain Henge work more than 20hours ...

I sign my SNP on phase 2 lauching 19/4/2016, but Lawyer send the SNP to me is on Fed2017. In the SNP Stamped date issue is Sep2016
