Parklane OUG 4225 units spread over 30 acres..
This project 2900++ spread over 10 acres... Higher density than parklane... But is there any benefits of living in a high density condo?? opposite of low density. |

We have to look at 6 acres 1472 units.
And 4 acres for rumawip as the facilities are not shared But 6 acres 1472,also dense compare to fortune 6 acres 576 units |
