Impossible because this is private project...the land belongs to the developer & DO has been approved, what are the basis of their protest to be considered valid? Instead of the site, they should go to DBKL offices to protest cos the development approved by DBKL..

Motive? I reckon they achieved it by getting their faces into the headlines, something to brag about during the next election..perhaps? hmm.gif

Henge & Fortune Perdana is different..Fortune Perdana construction has been resumed weeks ago & previous court case has been lifted because it's invalid
