The lawyer told me that developer not sign yet. Existing The Henge SPA also no sign yet. He say developer will sign soon and then stamping, 54 months from stamping date.

Anyway, he let me sign HDA also and show me the APDL license number.

Since separate the land into 2, Don't know whether change the Henge Block C-F to Block A-D (separate to Kepongmas) or not? Lawyer told me 54 months from stamping date, so developer will deliver CCC before Sep 2020 (March next year +54 months)?

I have get the SPA recently but it mention 33 type facilities without badminton and basketball court. They say will change for me later....

If I qualify also will buy kepongmas. But I think developer will put (The Henge) bumi quota to kepongmas so The Henge will be more chinese and kepongmas more malay. I heard kepongmas left alot of bumi unit (after balloting) but The Henge no heard they say got bumi quota.
