hm, im not THAT old user, i start using hotlink around March 2004
and im not hotlink club member also
i got that sms after CNY (so i dont think is CNY offer/gift)

i remember that sms saying i got 500 free sms to 012/017,
and "untuk anda shj"

but 1 think is, i got that sms after my hotlink is expired,
and 1 rule is, must topup rm30 in few days,
after topup, and few more days, i got a confirmation sms again,
telling me i can start using the 500 free sms.

now when i call *122#,
it will show baki: xx.xx,SMS Bundle: xxx, tarikh luput: xx.xx.xxxx

Hey, thanks for the feedback! biggrin.gif So they took away his old sim card right? Thinking whether to switch to 3G or not. I've a 3G-able phone, but not the line tongue.gif

So what's different with the new card? Can it store more msgs, or more numbers? Is it a 64k or 128k?
*
It's a 128k simcard. I just got mine today from Maxis Center KLCC.

QUOTE(refnulf @ Feb 15 2006, 11:36 AM)
Shouldn't it be like sending normal sms? If Singapore, go 0065 followed by number or +65 followed by number. Each country has different codes. Australia is +61, India is +91

the + replaces the 00. Special case for Singapore can also use 02 followed by number for sms. Certain countries you can't sms like Greece. But Australia, UK, Singapore, Indonesia, Phillipines all can.
*
For normal sms-es, just send like normal eg. Aus = +614________
You'll be charged 20cents for international smses, regardless of destination.

I LOVE YOU MAN! Hehe tongue.gif Thanks for all the info. You pretty much answered all my questions biggrin.gif

Curious...Which service center did you go to yeah? And how come you didn't get charged? My line is a sub line of my sis's and she is a One Club Member. So does that make me a One Club member as well? Does beinga One Club member have anything to do with your foc sim change?
*
No. This is because the club member's name will be printed on the Member Card's front.

just make a call to Maxis Center to ask for procedure, i think you need to go to maxis center as they will give you a new CIM card with same number. Heard from ppl that Maxis will charge Rm50 or Rm100 (not sure) for conversion.
if you are looking for good plan, i have one which you pay only rm75 for phone bill less than RM200 every month. PM me if interested.

Hotlink promotion team came to Bukit Beruang, Ayer Keroh, Melaka this afternoon and they're giving away Mawi tickets upon purchasing some reload coupon.

Currently I am the supplementary line holder of my friend.

My brother has just got his maxis postpaid and I intend to register under him using the current mobile number.

I called Maxis and they informed me that my friend needs to go over Maxis with my brother to do the transferring.

I wonder why my friend needs to go over since now I intend to transfer. Even if I wanna cancel the line, I should go will be enough and why must be participated by the principal holder?
