According to SEG they have issued the VP letter last Sat for the Lepironia Garden semi-D.
Has anyone received it already?

My friend receive vp letter d, unit on island, but tot island road and surrounding still not ready? Coz fm Leon picture seems still doing surrounding work... Hmmm...

Don't think the islands unit will be VP this month.
From what I understand the sequence of VP is Liu Li Garden Phase 1 (Dec 2015) and Islands Nusantara (Jan 2016). I think they send out the letter base on SNP date.

As soon as your bank disburse the final sum, can call and arrange appointment to collect the key and inspection ... The progress billing due date on 1st Nov, so anytime around that .
Maintenance first 2 years partly subsidy by developer . Monthly maintenance RM 200 plus 10℅ sinking fund total RM 220 .. |

i thought maintenance fee depends on land size of the unit? i.e intermediate units pay less than corner due to less land space? is that not the case?
