The wow factor will come later when it is near to vp. It ll be much nicer than current stage. So now we wait for SPS to execute the rest....look good. Investment wise..hard to say haha... u need ownstay subsale buyers to appreciate n add more value on it. Haha. Market will determine it as usual. Emmm..
