According to SA, Block 16,18 and 20 have nice lake view facing the water fountains and botanica island. The units come with kitchen cabinet, hood & hob, washing machine & dryer and 5 airconds.

Maintenance fee incl sinking fund 30 cents per sqf. 2 car park per unit with extra cark park for guests

According to SEG staff, they will treat the water. So instead of muddy green it will turn into blue water. Hope they will do it soon. In the meantime just sitback and relax.

At least those are the words that came out from the staff's mouth. Not that i really care about the colour as long as they treat the water properly and not repeat the same mistake they did at ecopark.

I heard next launch will not be another island instead reef of the tropics. Anyone can verify?

Parking will be at each block. First floor is about 1.5m above ground because of the parking. According to SA, there will be more than 100 parking bays for each block.

Green colour with kitchen at the back while brown with kitchen infront. In the photo, A and A1 are brown colour. The rest green.

When i went to SEG office yesterday, only green one left - 1 huge corner unit approx rm1.5m and 2 intercorner units should be around rm1.3-1.4m.
