First of all, who is the typical consumer here, and when did I say I will accept low quality product? Typical consumers want best value product, not cheap product. If there is 1mil value in a 600k product, why not? But is there?
I asked for suggestions, if you do not have any, don't quote me and reply. I did mention that the design of RoT is poor, and if you chanced upon my earlier comments I mentioned that I don't like the lack of a bedroom on ground floor. I am NOT a purchase of RoT.

Bring your chicken nuggets analogy elsewhere.

New launch...

I remember seg 1st phase of smd....they cant even sell net more than the launch price 3 yrs ago....

Property is a zero sum game. Vendor's gain is buyer's loss and vs. how could deal be good to buyer when vendor is laughing to the bank?

Ok ok . I prefer the resort like one. Im more conservative. But ya some of my relatives like your type. But I went through the design, the roof design unsure will have leaking problem in the future or not

demand n supply

both parties have equal bargaining power to come to the conclusion.

What is zero sum game?
If the vendor net a 100k profit selling to you, and you net a 100k profit 10 years later selling to another consumer, who will laugh and who will cry?

If the buyer is buying for own stay, why care about being a sohigh or not if he can afford it and likes the property?
You assuming everyone in property forum are investors and flippers? Even if yes, did they use your money to flip? You should wish they buy more and get burned to prove yourself right, no?
