Wah.... SEG thread has not seen this kind of activities for a long time.
As I said, at those prices not only cheapest in SEG, possible cheapest landed in entire Cyberjaya. Doesn't matter that it doesn't have Agil fence, use sand bricks, smaller build up, no pond or fancy landscape. At that price you have access to the Bund, a proper GnG property, great location with interchange to highway, upcoming Cyberjaya hospital and best of all, lowest price in a township that has less that 4000 units of landed property. Think BBB mode trigger Lelong also won't get this kind of price. |
