Sorry, don't have that information. If i'm their stuff, i would get 1 unit for myself as well drool.gif . They have hard time to sell IOB. Seems not even half yet.

I just saw price is up. From 657900. Please tell me I saw wrongly. That is literally PR1MA level. Granted I surveyed was really really noisy that parcel but this price is insane. Or maybe bumi price?

Lowest Aril (Type A - INT - facing main road) = 774K before rebate
Highest Bay (Type B - CNR - facing morning sun) = 1,087K before rebate

Seems lot of people send bank draft/cheque today. BBB mode incoming?

as a current owner of SEG, I just dont feel too good with this recent launch. 1 single house of yours can buy 3 of these terraces
