If anyone is interested to buy any Setia project, I'm willing to share introducer fees. Just to put it out there. I didn't know this thing existed when I purchased my unit so rugi there.

It seems to be the more expensive Agalia units that are left at IoK, as well as some others with less favorable Feng Shui. I got to take a look at the development the other day. I think it's going to look fantastic once the landscaping grows in a bit. A few photos in the spoiler below.
