Did u see the unit lately ? Damn cheap setia not put some ac compressor at central or hidden place. Damn ugly sight putting it back to back at the room. It make servicing a challenge later if want refill gas

Looking at Lepironia, heard the maintenance cost is 17c per sq ft, is that correct ?
There seems to be 50% or more vacant or unsold houses - would like to know if the SP Setial is helping out with maintenance costs (if so, for how long) or are the costs solely borne by the owners?

under the new strata title act, developers are legally required to pay for all unsold units after vped.

Thanks beancounter, noted so SPSetia may still be supporting and maintenance price may shoot up in future once pas over.

Just to confirm is it true that many Lepironia vacant houses (looks like 50%) are still unsold?
