Just saw the news too... Wonder where too, it says will be eco themed like SEG. If its beside JoG, they don't need to mention it will be emulating SEG, just say addition to SEG right?

I have no idea where this piece of land will be.
I can only guess it is that piece of land next to JoG fronting the Cyberjaya Lake bcos saw some land clearing in the recent update video.

SEG is waterfront theme, so I assume fronting the lake will be similar to SEG.

Okay, found out that its near to Aspire residence, southern part of Cyberjaya. So definitely not adjoining SEG.

Any indication on a map.
Not familiar with this Aspire Residence.

I'm familiar with the area, but too bad don't know which is the exact location that is supposed to be for Setia. I can only guess its beside Aspire or opposite it.

The latest SEG progress video #12 show a plot of land "Petrol Land". I check with the Sales Team and they will be a Petrol Station there

SP Setia plans that plot of land as commercial area c/w local community shopping, petrol station etc.

Just realised they have video #12 coz just few days ago I watched the #11. Then wonder why its so outdated for 2017, so they actually released both videos at the same time.
