There are always people buying landed and high rise. Overhang from renowned developers is no less than less well known developer.

Which developer doesn't overstate their numbers?

From number and magnitude of price drop of auction in cbj, elephant also can fly, what's more for pig.

Given demographic of seg buyers, seg won't be shielded from auction. Time will tell and we have plenty.

Most seg buyers bought with 30 years loan. During 30 years loan tenure, one will experience two or three economic recession. Unless all seg owners are isolated from local economy, some will end up in foreclosure.

Based on your logic, 90% of Malaysian can forget about buying house already in order to shield themselves from bankruptcy.

If u’re flipper and have no backup, brace yourself for the impact regardless when, where you are and what you buy, especially in such trying time.

We can’t deny our society and economy are evolving and it’s not uncommon to find young owner of expensive property nowadays. Granted some won’t make it in the end of the day but hey nothing is certain in life. Either you take chance or miss it completely and regret later thinking what it could or would have been had you taken the chance. It’s one’s decision after all and we are in no position to judge them.

Bear in mind nobody asks for your view anyway so just move on and get a life. Time will tell whether they make or break.

Cos only those who r working are able to get loans, so those youngsters upto early 20s n those above age 60 are not qualified. Also not everyone wants to buy house, prefer to rent.

Thats why i wanna know what he or she buy and investment actually. But she refused to answer and only continue to tell ppls dont buy property...dont want to tell which area is investable but keep saying cyberjaya cannot make it n wonder where i she staying now. At least forummer dare to give view to support certain proj due to their view etc. Correct or not in future we will confirm but she is just said no no no to all proerties and never suggest or support one property in forum..lol we can only laugh saja

Usually academic doesnt invest de...they just want to alert people and share bad news.

My guess is she still live with parents leh...

Nothing she said is wrrong but her principle doesnt sut well with popety investors.

Some guys in other forum mentioned she earned small profit from properties and regretted letting them go too soon and has been cursing ever since. Probably lost some to forex and stock market also.
