At SEG now.
Notice that Kamares sales is moving slowly.

Most of the popular choice blocks all 12 units are sold.
Garden facing units block also has high pick up rate.

This is since I last visited about 7 to 8 months ago.

No i did not snap a picture.

Worry later there will be a debate that this is only a sticker game and the sales is not confirm, loan not approved or there are still some blocks with many unsold units etc

If I drop by again, maybe during the coming CNY, I will take some pictures of the chart and surrounding area. Did drove around and found that the landscaping is beautiful around Charm of Nusantara.

I also notice the walking/jogging path around Charm of Nusantara has a very nice landscape rest area and two beautiful bridges. But wouldn't this mean other islander can walk into Charms of Nusantara without going through the guard house?

Will take some pictures when I go there again.

haha, not fight with other areas... also fight within cyberjaya area? As long as comfortable staying by the owner.. SEG or SH all are the same..

If you r referring to the red circle, the upper building is a condo project called Reef of Tropic. There is a video on this. Currently the Sales Gallery occupy this slot.

Further down is the Commercial area.

This is what I was told but it may change.

So the one on the google map is called reef of tropic? from the google map it look like just sitting right next to tasik cyberjaya...

since when SEG launch reef of tropic? i thought just isle of kamares

The red circle area is not part of SEG?

TNB build a building there?

Also, look at the orange road, in the attachment.. in future there is another road to puchong, not only through collapse bride at SSP2. As for now the orange road beside SEG link to nowhere..

Bro, u shall come KL more often, see how some popular mall prosperous, but Commercial Shop really need X factor to success

This is not Singapore, average family spending power is not as Good, timing to start Commercial is crucial, than just what we think
