Reef of Tropics haven't been launch.
No new launches since Kamares in Aug 2015.

Actually I don't want to see any commercial inside SEG.
I feel there are already alot of commercial shops/mall just outside SEG in Cyberjaya that can cater to the needs of the residents inside SEG.

I like the pure residential feel of the project, the landscape and low density feel.

Look at Lakefront by MCT just outside SEG. So dense and so many units.
I believe even if half occupied, the traffic around SEG is going to be very high and if you put commercial inside SEG, if it is a success, resident will suffer.

Just my 2 cents view.

Commercial supposed to be the outter part of seg..n should not affect much the development. Agreed that it is not necessary already as plenty of choices around. But just a small community retails are good too sometime..no need to drive far.

Just me, even Arcadia inside ParkCity I also doubt, expecially nowadays many Good main road fronting shop @ KL are vacant

Timing to start Commercial & tenant list are crucial, neither must have Commercial nor Atas tenants, always come to basic demand & supply theory

For time being, definitely dont do it. But to get something from 7/11 also need to drive far to dpulze or similar distance shops

Hello all, i'm new here...i think i will go with rented the SEG house at western heritage area for 1 year before decide to buy it. Is that a good decision?

Buying house is always a big decision to make.
In order to make you like it with no regret, good choice to rent then buy an unit there.
Where are you working? Why choose cyberjaya?

Now i was stay in setiawangsa worked as a investment analysts.
i choose cyber because planed getting married, just want to get a nice peaceful place for my new family outside from KL that always very noisy
That's why i plan to rent it first, to get the feel of the place, is it suite me & my family in long term or not.

Just do it.
