I got a PLUS-TnG for toll, a Rapidkl-TnG for bus & lrt and this free Tesco-TnG.

its such a sad case of T&G....

compare it with HK Octopus card... there's no inactive thingy nor fee charged for being inactive 1 year... the card even allowed negative balance!

off course, deposit is needed when getting the card!

how could T&G never can able to match it ! sigh...

Hi want to ask anybody know the tng card can transfer the credit to another card ? My card is going to expire which i just found out . Reloaded 400 into it already doh.gif

The customer service told me every tng card have 10 years lifespan. Mine is from 2006 so it would be expired in a few months more.
How to transfer the credit to bank account ?

Yes, can transfer the money from your existing TnG to your new TnG but there is transaction fee, and one more thing, make sure you are the owner of that card (meaning that the card is registered to your name). I think you need to go to one of the outlet (not the Plus outlet but TnG). Did that few years back.

TnG card has 10 years lifespan (expired at the 10 year), happened to me earlier when i complained that my card has like RM 200+ but cannot use. You can check the expiry date from Plus or the self service kiosk which can reload TnG

CIMB also free if you can find the special ATM with TNG sticker on it and if it works.( I come across many (acting)funny ATM machine with TNG top up capable machine.)

to transfer credit back to bank account , u have to go to any toll plaza beside any highway. Then proceed from there. I think they charge around RM5.30 for deactivation.

no, it's the generic tng card. 2003 mykad where got tng function lol... actually i used up all thr money inside by the end of 2013 but i didn't destroy thr card. so one fine day in early 2015 i went to reload it with rm100 and start using it. until few months later only i realised that card is expired! but since it still can be used, so i don't make noise. lol...
