Hi guys. I want to integrate my touch n go card on apps. I reload and get the resit. It give me 9 digit of serial number but instruction on apps must be 10 digit. How?

so i've had tngo wallet installed but don't use it, use boost a lot.
lately boost cashback is whack so wanna try use tngo more.
is they any cashback system like boost?
ps/; i dont have a car, my family car use smart tag.
