My mom use her mykad as T&G card all this while & didn't knew that the T&G card function had expired recently with amount of money in it...don't have the serial number to proceed for the eRefund which mean need to proceed to the T&G hub or any highway operator is it?

This method does works & will need to download NFC reader app as well

Managed to get the required details from the mykad & submitted the eRefund just now

PETALING JAYA: It is perhaps the much-awaited news for most Malaysians. Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd will be making two massive changes this year.

All Touch ‘n Go parking surcharges, which have always been a bane among consumers, will be taken away by the first quarter this year.

By the end of 2021, customers can also opt to purchase Touch ‘n Go cards that can be reloaded directly from their phones using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

These two matters have been among the top grouses raised by Touch ‘n Go customers.

The company, which is emphasising on a more customer centric approach as it moves forward, has decided to make these developments possible.

Any app can support adding touch n go card? Wanna use in parking via NFC.

Mahkota Parade Melaka charged me RM3.30 yesterday, so I suppose it is 10% surcharge. First time using tng card after they make it compulsory and no more cash payment.

I'm standing by with popcorn in hand, as far as I know, Apple hasn't enabled NFC capabilities apart from it being used for Apple Pay only, many banks in the U.S and Australia have lawsuits ongoing with Apple to ask/ force Apple to open up NFC capabilities, if big giants in the U.S or Australia can't win this NFC debacle, I don't think a small fry like Touch n Go Malaysia will have access to Apple's NFC

Some do receive it fast and in my case it was couple of months and no update at all atfer online submission. So I went NUSentral and got a new card and transferred the balance

anyone actually received the refund due to card expire, mine already submited since dec, still no news? i wonder they actually process it?

I bought my first NFC card a while back during the hooha and always out of stock period.

Guess what? After a little over a year, the NFC card was unable to be scanned anymore.

Went over to NU Sentral TNG counter and sure enough they said the NFC card is faulty.

Staff said they will refund the balance but there is no free replacement for the card since it's more than 1 month since I purchased it (1 month warranty on NFC card)

What rubbish is this? If this is the kind of tidak apa attitude that TNG continue to have, can say bye bye to people using their app and services.

Did anyone did a expired tng card refund recently?
Why do we need to take selfie holding the IC?

Hi recently I topup to my IC for TnG. Then I registered in the TnG portal for the IC (use Mfg no). I noticed there is expiry date on 2026... Why there is  expiry for IC and does that mean I need to renew my IC to extend the expiry?

I hardly use myCity pass before, wonder the pass must purchase via IC (which I was told so by friend) or can be normal TnG card?

I didn't know u could set reloads. If that's the case, I would set to RM500 and above
