Can we not make this into a thread full of softpin requests / supplies? I believe that the softpins are a form of referral mechanism since each RM8 activated means RM2 going to the person distributing the softpins & this is against the forum rules.

The “Watsons Touch ‘n Go Card Reload Promo” (“Promotion”) is organised by Watson’s Personal Care Store Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”/ “Watsons”) which will run during the promotion period below or any other duration specified by the Organiser (“Promotion Period”).
1.1. 20 to 25 December 2019 or while stocks last.

2. Eligibility:
2.1. This Promotion is only applicable at all Watsons outlets nationwide.
2.2. Customers must reload their Watsons Touch ‘n Go card with reload amount RM100 in order to enjoy the complimentary reload value of RM5. This Promotion is limited to the FIRST 5,454 reload transactions only.
2.3. This promotion is only applicable for Watsons Touch ‘n Go card.
2.4. The reload value is not exchangeable for cash.
2.5. Watsons Malaysia reserve its right to change or extend the promotion period at any time without prior notice to any party. The changes of the promotion or the extended period will be announced at Watsons official website or official Facebook page. Any promotions during the change of promotion or extended period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.
2.6. The Promotion

Why is it so difficult for TnG to provide more info to do reload TnG card using ewallet? Will it eat into their profit? Or they feel no competition cos they own both. Or simply incompetent? Is it CIMB owned and same culture?

TNG card (TNG S/B) and TNG wallet (TNG Digital S/B) are from 2 separate entities. Different culture, Malaysia and China.

Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd (previously known as Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd) is now owned by CIMB and PLUS. It was owned by UEM-Renong.

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is 51% owned by TNG S/B and 49% owned by Ant Financial China (Jack Ma's Alipay China, "Zhi Fu Bao"). TNG Digital is raising USD 150 million "from investors to cement its position in the country’s digital payments industry", so TNG S/B may own <50% soon. Ant Financial China also owns Alipay Malaysia Sdn Bhd a.k.a. Lazada Wallet!

TNG cannot replace your mykad (no authority). only JPN/NRD can do mykad replacement.

also, why not take this opportunity to use standalone TNG card instead? iinm, you can get back the tng balance (spoilt mykad). contact TNG CS for clarification.

thanks for info, i have to use mykad for monthly travel mrt 

then keep changing your mykad later if tng itself is faulty

so far, changing mykad is cheap (RM10) and hassle-free (if no photo change, just need to self-collect at branch)

how to know when need change photo/ no need change?

I had done my mycard replacement oledi, via online, haven't go collect it jer

i change it because existing mycard too old, kenot use tng, mycard kenot more than 10 years in order to use tng.....
