already suggested dun know touch n go will do a not. Put the touch function at all Telco dealer and center. Just make sure u have brought balance in touch n go , key in ur account number and phone number and check payment n pay

Quick update.

I had an old TNG card and submitted a request for refund (and obtained new TNG free of charge) on 14 Feb.

I received the refund in my bank account today 7 March.

Less than a month. Not bad.

mine requested on the same day too.

no refund seen. however already complained to them yesterday for the long delay. only then they said to expedite processing.

always need to chase them. I've requested refunds many time, never once refunded in timely manner.

KL Sentral Hub?

I did mine about lunch time. Was checking my account every day because my refund was for RM828.73! So glad to see it back.

mine even worst, requested to terminate at PLUS customer service center on 2/2, till now still nothing
msg TnG FB last Wednesday, said will speed up the refund doh.gif

Great news! 4 weeks is long but still acceptable.

I'm going to do my second refund soon when I find time to go all the way to Nu Sentral.

Is this the first time you've done it? Maybe there's a difference between the PLUS terminal and TNG Hub. I've only done it once as a tester, and don't really trust the system. Hope things work out for you soon.

yea, first time doing it with PLUS
long time ago did once with TnG direct, thk also took one mth plus
