so, u meant... wat u hav done, is juz faxed them the details without calling them up by phone...??
simple as this..?? after 2 days u hav faxed them, u get ur acc bac easily...??
if this is true, im so appreciated ur kindness for guiding me thru this headache matter...

Yup is easy beside they also require your CD key as well, Username, email that all.
Last time my friend id suspended due to someone login his id and play, so he just need to prove that a/c is belong to him than GM un freeze his id after investigate smile.gif

So for you problem I "Guess" you just need to prove that a/c is your and request them send bak your password smile.gif

P/S The CD key or ID pls scan it with high quality and don modify it. Or else they don accept. Hand writting also must be nice XD get reject b4 due to my urgly handwriting

Certain case might required the CD-KEY my case doesn't..

The mail that they send to me required me to print the page 2 and fax it.. it that simple.. Calling them won't settle the problem.. Coz they still need your ID to prove that you are the owner in order to unfreeze your account...
btw.. blizzard respone quite fast.. after bout 2 hours i faxed it.. i received my new password.. If u still havent received mail from blizzard yet..it might been in junk mail and got deleted..

You dont need stamp.. filled up the form and a copy of ID..fax the both paper..

well, guyz at last i hav recovered my stolen account bac... rclxm9.gif
already took around 3 weeks+ to get it bac...
anyway glad can get bac at least nothing gone missing... icon_rolleyes.gif
but those $uX3rs had stolen around 3500+ GOLD that i had from my few characters...good job $ux3rs... mad.gif

btw i would like to thank u so much for the ppl of LowYat.net forumers who assists me thru all of those necessities & infomations of acc retrieval... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

3 things that must install:
1) AVG antivirus or any other AV.
2) Lavasoft Ad-aware
3) Spybot S&D

2 Anti-spywares is a must coz' some spybots can't be detected by another anti-spyware.

well, once u hav faxed them correctly, u will receive an email at WoW registered email addr in about 4-5 day times...
might b longer than that, depends on wat kinda scenarios...
if more than 3 weeks still not receiving any email fr Blizz, means fax info not yet being received by them...
make sure u entered a correct fax number with country code...

note: can try to call, but i hav tried & its useless, cant go thru tho...
may b some 1 else knows how to call them... so pls share with us... thx

My friend's gears and item stolen d and passwords also kena change d. Can i know the
before the fax number need key in what extra number since it faxing to US?

yea, some ppl might not lucky where by they lost eveythings including gears, items in bank & bags with their gold as well...
but i heard u can send a ticket to GM to get recovery for ur goods, once after u got ur acc bac...
but it takes kinda long for them investigate the whole issue b4 they recovery everythings...

there no extra number need to key-in, it jz the country code (US) + their fax number...
