Last time my friend id suspended due to someone login his id and play, so he just need to prove that a/c is belong to him than GM un freeze his id after investigate
So for you problem I "Guess" you just need to prove that a/c is your and request them send bak your password
P/S The CD key or ID pls scan it with high quality and don modify it. Or else they don accept. Hand writting also must be nice XD get reject b4 due to my urgly handwriting
