Anyways some UI mods that have .exe can install keyloggers, such as that g0ld. Don't use .exe files.

i got hacked too few days back bt thank god i jst started..
guess wen they saw the amount of gold i had..they jst..leave it..
well one of my friend suggest that this might be a server problem..since my charc was neve moved frm where i parked him..so dont freak out yet..jst chill n try to remember the answer to ur secret question.
ive mailed them too..till now..no reply..

There is NOWAY my password could be WRONG again!
im using the password provided by blizzard..and 2nd attempt to hack?
Keylogged?

Damnit! Anyone experiencing this? Its alwez DC and the password will be changed..Possiblity of being hacked??

u better try out the NOD32 virus scanner to check out ur pc...
or reformat & reinstall bac ur pc...
i did everything all over with fresh copy of OS to prevent its goin to happen again... even though i already scanned & deleted them...
giv it a try in case something get worse...

btw u did call them up for account retrieval to settle this issue...??
FYI, im planning not to call them up, coz oversea's calling rate is expensive tho...
or is it compulsory to call them as this is the one & only way to recover bac my acc...??

i happen to send some fax to blizzard (i think they never give phone to be called)

this the number :-
direct dial from my fixed phone(or fax machine lol) :

i suspect 1-800 number is not applicable to international call.. but i be might wrong.

My fren joked abt their so called procedure..

Day 1 = Check mail
Day 2 = Read mail
Day 3 = Make sure important
Day 4 = Read again
Day 5 = Confirm important
Day 6 = Think of solution
Day 7 = Reply

My account haf been frozen for few days now..

since some of u hav been kena hacked, did u guyz solve or not...??
im here really need guide to phone them or simply solve this "MahLanFan" prob, i meant the exact num for mobile phone... pls...

Easy send them your cd key with your id detail,Username, email, and problem and ask them to reply you smile.gif
B4 send to them login a id and msg GM which take you 2~3 Hrs waiting, than tell him WTF happen. Usually they require yoir IC and cd key i guess

All the info you need is there. If you are not sure of the country codes etc, use http://www.countrycodes.com/

And go search for more info from Blizz's site, I found so much info from the forums as well as the in-game support page. If you truly want to save your account, there is work to be done and don't expect it to come back by asking us stuff, you need someone working at Blizzard now to help you.

well...i know actually.. coz i account been hacked, and i get back after 2 days..

btw..i can get back in 1 day but blizzard claim my ic not clear enuf, so i had to fax again..

1st print the Page 2 of the form.. then fill it.. scan your IC and adjusted the brightness.. try make your IC clear and bright enuf...this really important, my IC been rejected one coz not clear enuf.. then fax it...i forget the fax number... but it start with 001xxxxxxxxx (blizzard fax number) after bout 2 hours.. they unfreeze my account already..

btw.. they may send to your junk mail...check there often..
