just got my maxis wbb ... surfing ok but download at this time (5.00pm - 5.30pm) damn slow .... I am using 768kbps somemore (it is kilo bits or kilo bytes? I wonder)

The dl speed not constantly, the highest speed like below,
after 12.00 am and try restart modem, I began run the p2p (BT), wake up at 7.15am, only download 113MB and upload 69MB  is about 6 seeds means insufficient ? |

About charge for changing package, i dont know there will be charge for it or not, coz my classmate also blur about it. 1 said have to pay, and another said ni need to pay.. i oso confused

Then tell that guy/gal in the counter you want to cancel Home Voice. He will ask you, already 6 month? Answer them "YES". - You only can cancel after the 6th month. For itemised billing if you cancel it , you wont be receiving bill (snail bill) anymore. All will go through online.
